Andrew was excellent. When we were out of town he would go above and beyond to view homes for us, lend valuable insight and prompt communication. He was always proactive with correspondence and kept searching with us on during the year and a half of our looking for a home. When we finally found “the one,” his skills of negotiating and advice were second to none. He was endlessly positive, upbeat and clear-eyed. We couldn’t be more thankful and would recommend him to anyone! (And already have!)

Andrew also asked good questions to help me, as a first-time home buyer, think through what was most important in selecting the house I wanted. He was always quick to answer a text or call. He's a practical guy and a straight-shooter-- no BS or sales-tactics. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the house that was right for my family and not just his commission.

Andrew demonstrates competence and professionalism well beyond his years of real estate experience. He helped me buy an investment home in South Bend, IN while living on the West coast. Andrew was very responsive, flexible and considerate during the very early stage of me considering even purchasing a home. He did a great job of coordinating house showings with my son-in-law and daughter as I conducted the house search mostly from afar. Andrew made the steps from submitting an offer to closing almost seamless. I knew he always had my best interest in mind. As a first time home buyer, I appreciated his clear explanation of the documents and what to expect at each stage of the process with follow up emails, texts and phone calls (even with the 3 hour time difference!). He did some tough work to make sure the signed purchase agreement was followed and met before moving ahead with closing.

I first met Andrew in July to start looking at homes and quickly trusted him with the whole process. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and straight up about what I could expect and making sure my experience was fantastic! He was so quick to set up showings and incredibly flexible with my schedule. I will 1000% be using Andrew in the future if/when I need to look for another home and I recommend him highly to anyone seeking a realtor/broker to help look for a home in the Michiana area!

Andrew went above and beyond for me, a first time home purchaser. Not only is his knowledge about ins and outs of homes outstanding, but he knows the area and is an expert negotiator. In the end of the day, he delivered us our ideal home for our ideal price. Couldn't ask for anymore in a realtor.
